KPCC Kiddies Putonghua Certificate in Communications

KPCC is a Putonghua skill evaluation test developed by Tsinghua UNISEDU (Beijing) for children in nursery and kindergartens. It evaluates the listening, reading and speaking skills of children based on a one-to-one oral examination.

The KPCC exam aims to

 

·         Help children guage their putonghua level

·         Understand how to strengthen their putonghua learning

·         Encourage children to continuously improve their putonghua skills

What’s special about KPCC

 

·         The first putonghua assessment for young children in Hong Kong

·         Assessment covers listening, reading and speaking

·         Images and sound used for assessment minimizing the reliance on words

·         Encourage children to express themselves freely in the examination

 

KPCC examination syllabus

 

·          There are three examination levels : beginner, intermediate, advance

For students who possess the necessary Putonghua language skills in speaking and listening (subject to an assessment), we will recommend a suitable examination grade.  Students will be enrolled into the Examination Preparation Class according to the examination grade.  All teachers are native Putonghua speakers.
